Summit Area Ymca from www.thesay.org Yin is a slow pace, gentle class that focuses on the deep tissues in your body, fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints. I've been teaching yoga since 1980. A lot of my identity is tied up i know it's forty years of teaching yoga because i can add up the students i've taught along the way.
